The mission of the Vestry of All Saints is to:
- Foster an inclusive environment of Christian faith and fellowship
- Guide, encourage and equip parishioners for their ministries in the church and in the world
- Adopted April 1, 2003
All Saints Vestry members serve both as officers of a chartered corporation and as the decision makers of a congregation which is committed to Christian ministry and mission. The Vestry acts as liaison to those committees with which there is a collegial relationship and supervises those committees which deal with the finances and property of the parish. There are 15 Vestry members who are elected for a term of three years. They are adult members of All Saints Episcopal Church and are guided by the Canons of the Episcopal Church.
